Horribly rude stafff . The only mar to a wonderful trip . My first trip to Alaska and we have had a great time . Except for the horrible rudeness of the staff.

Referencing staff suggests you are rating the Goldbelt Tram and have misplaced your review on the Alaska Native Tour. Roberts, and our Alaska Native Tour is a Cultural Tour on the waterfront of Juneau. They are uniquely different experiences.
