The whole tour was fantastic and this was mainly down to our tour guide Ray who shared with us pictures to help us visualise what was going on, but, more importantly his own personal experience and that of his family and the impact that this event had on New York as a community too. I first saw the Memorial Pools on 14th February 2012 and it still moved me today as it did 10 years ago. The museum was incredible, so much information and exhibits, you would definitely need a day there. Going to the top of the One World Observatory at the end and the way that they presented it to us, was a hi-light of the day too.
