Every day is a great day at Nickelodeon Universe, with more than 40 rides and attractions all indoors to enjoy year-round! Watch SpongeBob, Blue, Dora and friends dance live on stage with daily entertainment.

Choose your adventure with plenty of family friendly rides to enjoy, including:

Travelers will need to bring their tickets purchased online to our ticket counter located at the entrance to the park to receive wristbands for admission.

The Entrance is located inside American Dream Entertainment & Shopping Center. Parking is $5 for the day. Park in Parking Deck B or C, or Lyft/Uber drop off in Parking Deck A.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Nickelodeon Universe. Guests to Nickelodeon Universe may bring in one non-glass water bottle per person.
Pets are not permitted in Nickelodeon Universe.
All thrill rides have complimentary single use lockers for personal belongings. Single use lockers may be used for up to 45 minutes without charge.
Lockers are also available for rent.

This place is usually great but with several rides out of service and a 15-20 min wait at 4 separate rides that needed to be taken out of service and tested it made for a frustrating experience with two small children. They just said come back later . This was our 5th visit but this time was our least favorite . Over crowded, rides and individual cars out of service and a staff shortage made it a disappointing day . Like I said this place can be great . I hope they step it up .

Please keep in mind that all of our rides are always subject to temporary closures for maintenance purposes. These closures are listed on our website, and they are visible at the ticket counter as well. We have been busier than usual this past week as we are celebrating Lunar New Year. Came for a rare day off as a treat for my daughters. Getting into the mall/parking/lines was an hour long experience. The elevator from rooftop parking was broken. We carried the stroller down the stairs. Getting into the park was another nightmare even though we prepaid. Lines to every elevator. To check in etc. Then once in the lines for the rides we’re really insanity. We did two rides that lasted 90 seconds each in 3 hours. The ride attendants were nice but took forever. Many rides were closed completely. We left and the mall food experience had too long lines as well. Toys r us was jammed. Left and then there was a line of unmoving cars to exit the parking lot!!no assistance whatsoever. We waited 2 hours before cars started moving! We called the police who said they were aware of the situation and has sent troopers to assist. Overall disaster of an experience. I tried calling customer service the next day. Couldn’t get thru to anyone and left a voicemail. Did not receive a return call.

Way too crowded during holidays weekend. Understaffed, lines moved so slow. Rode 2 kiddie rides in 3 hours. Very disappointed.

We welcomed an unprecedented number of guests over the Holidays, which led to longer than normal wait times at the entrances and our rides. We hope that you are able to come back on another day that is less attended to have a better experience. We encourage you to consider the Points Pass, which lets you pay only for the rides that you wish to ride on--this is a great option for guests who only want to try a few of the rides. Otherwise, for a full and unlimited experience of the park, the All-Access Pass is the best option, but I would recommend avoiding the weekends or Holidays if you want to avoid lines and wait times.
