Travelers will need to bring their tickets purchased online to our ticket counter located at the entrance to the park to receive wristbands for admission.

The Entrance is located inside American Dream Entertainment & Shopping Center. Parking is $5 for the day. Park in Parking Deck B or C, or Lyft/Uber drop off in Parking Deck A.

Hi, I was at the Nickelodeon Universe park today, hoping to have a grand time with my family. I paid the price of $85 per person, and we were a large family. The place was jammed… not that the service was bad at all, it wasn’t worthy the money, we waited 2 hours on a line for a 60 second ride. Going on 3 roller coasters in 5 hours and spending 85 dollar is absolutely corrupt!!!! We asked for a refund, they refused to hear. It’s NOT o.k. for children or even adults to wait on lines for so long and spend 25 dollars on a ride… I regret this trip and will not do it again so fast, for the future I will know not to come in such a busy season, since they charge you more for longer waits and fewer rides. Also the people who had Ez pass bands, waited for 1 WHOLE minute and were able to go right away, not considering the fact that we paid a lot to begin with and waited for hours. We are very disappointed in them, do me a favor and reconsider this park if you’re planning to go in the near future!!! Otherwise the mall itself is beautiful and awesome!!!!

The amusement park is a mess! Don't bother buying the Turbo / Quick Pass. It's a waste of money! You can't use them for all the rides, and the attendants will still open the regular lines before the quick pass lines, especially at the SpongeBob's Jellyfish Jam. And whatever you do, DON'T put valuable items in the basket at the Slime Stream rollercoaster, even when told to do so, because they won't be responsible for items being stolen, even after THEY'RE the ones who told you that you couldn't take any belongings on the ride, not even your crossbody purse. Upon entering the amusement park, they have pictures taken of you and your family. I paid for the entire package, and someone stole it on the Slime Stream rollercoaster. WHO STEALS PICTURES?!!! They told me they're not responsible and wouldn't give me my picture package back or a refund. Long story short, I asked for security, and I asked them to view the cameras, only to be told that the cameras are too "grainy" to see. Luckily, it was just valuables and not my child, because how is this an amusement park with grainy cameras? The water park was really nice, organized, clean and the staff was friendly! Ice skating was a little boring but miniature golf was a blast! Overall, the experience was a bit mediocre and overrated, we definitely won't be returning.

The only good thing was the wait for the rides was short. I was expecting it to be much bigger, the people really weren’t that friendly. There was only 3 or 4 rides for adults. Even at 52 dollars a ticket, I wouldn’t go back.
