Gain a new appreciation of the rich culture on this Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence-rated tour. *During April there may be variations of the tour because typically many of our Amish tourists have returned home, therefore we may visit a local Amish furniture maker to learn about carpentry and its importance to their culture.

Kendra was a great tour guide giving us the history of the Amish & Mennonite development and how they landed in Sarasota, FL. It was educational and fun.

The Amish Experience Trolley Tour was exceptional. Our guide, Kendra was very enthusiastic and extremely informative. She really opened a window into the life and customs of the Amish who visit Sarasota during the winter. Highly recommended!

Kendra was fabulous in explaining the community culture of the Amish and Mennonites, their history, and many of the best features of their lifestyle. She explained how this is a Christian denomination but the focus on the family and closely knit community makes it so much more. We have been on several Discover Tours and all were great, but Kendra made this extra special. I would recommend this to anyone and would not hesitate to do the tour again.
