After we reached the lower antelope we were told that there were limited seats and the group was asked to split up . My wife and I were separated and i was sent to another part of the Canyon . I travelled thousands of miles to see the lower antelope canyon and had booked well in advance . This was a very bad experience . I need full refund of this tour - in fact I should ask you for refund of my travel tickets too as I travelled all the way just to see this specific part of the Canyon . On top of it the tour company was completely unapologetic about it . We were told that if we do not make a choice immediately we will not be seeing anything . Overall very haughty behaviour , terrible experience . Extremely disappointing

I highly highly highly recommend this tour by Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines and Papillon! It was exceptionally well organized! We departed from Boulder City via a 10-passenger plane and arrived Page AZ in roughly 1 hour and 30 min. Our captain, Scott was friendly and welcoming while ensuring we had a pleasant & safe fly experience. Once landed in Page, we were greeted by Nettie, our local tour guide. Nettie is very sweet and cordial who provided a lot of background history of Page AZ and Horseshoe Bend. We then did a brief drive through Lake Powell and the Dam in the nice air conditioned bus with plenty of bottled water. We headed to Lower Antelope Canyon after a simple lunch. We were then greeted by our Navajo guide, Carson, at the lower canyon. Wow! I don’t have a better word to describe what I saw with my eyes!! It was just WOW! Carson is an awesome guide, not only he is very god with iPhone photo app and picture taking, he is knowledgeable with local history and the Canyon. The trip ended with Capitan Scott taking us back to Boulder City. I praise how the tour is planned so seamlessly. This was an unforgettable experience and thanks to everyone at Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines and Papillon for this pleasant trip!

Had a most incredible time thanks to GCSA, from the pilot to each tour guide I cant imagine that it could get any better! The flight there was so INCREDIBLE, I could not stop being in awe of it all. The narration they provide, in 5 languages, helps you while gazing out of the windows! Once landeded we were greated by Nettie, and she was a wealth of information giving just about everything more meaning! 1st stop was the Horseshoe Bend. There is a short hike to get to the edge, and when you do it will take your breath away, Mother Nature is playing out here!!!! The beauty just doesn't stop. Next stop and the Highlight of my bucket list on this tour was the lower Antelope Canyon and can I just say Heavenly over and over again, because it is just that and some! Super Shout Out to our guide KEVIN! KEVIN guide has a passion out of control for what he does, for making sure you knew all the rules, giving us knowledge of not just the narrows, but info on the Navajo and the Best part was his photo know how! He took the most Amazing shots and made sure we all got in those shots also...it just don't get better than this!
