Travel & Leisure Magazine recently named Art Bikes a "Top Pick"! This guided tour will take you through Jacksonville's historic neighborhoods, exploring our parks, public art and the St Johns River. We cross over the St Johns River on a brand new pedestrian bridge giving breathtaking views of downtown Jacksonville! Explore several historic districts including Avondale, Riverside, 5 Points, San Marco and downtown. All while riding one of our custom electric Art Bikes, each bike has been created by a local artist. The tour is led by experienced locals who will add entertaining, educational commentary to connect riders with the beauty and history of historic Jacksonville which is home to more buildings on the National Historic Register than any other city in Florida. On Sundays we do Sunday Funday Tours which feature local weekend festivals, breweries and other unique stops.

Very interesting tour of Jacksonville with emphasis in architecture and street art. Ron, our tour guy, was very knowledgeable providing rich and historical information. He also ensured that our trip was interesting and safe. We will certainly recommend it and are planing to bring other family members to also take it. Great job Ron !

My husband and I book bike tours in every city that we visit, if available, and this tour is definitely one of the best. Ron is passionate about the art scene in Jax and truly respects the artists. He’s also very knowledgeable about the history and the present day artists making an impact in Jax. Plus, it felt like we were on a tour with the unofficial Mayor of Jacksonville because Ron knows everyone. For example, while stopping at the Filipino mural downtown the artist was there working on it. She and Ron obviously knew each and he asked her about a couple of people in the mural. Didn’t expect to see an artist at work or to interact with her. Very cool! Highly recommend this tour.

Seeing the beautiful neighborhoods of Jacksonville this time of year was memorable especially Ortega. Ron our trip leader was so knowledgeable and personable. He really made the trip special.
