This adventure-packed trip travels through the 1,100-foot cliffs of the Royal Gorge. The Royal Gorge rafting tour is famous for its steep drops, huge waves, and continuous Class III to Class V whitewater. The spectacular scenery and rapids of the Royal Gorge will thrill even the most expert whitewater veteran. Previous experience is not required to raft the Royal Gorge. Suggested age varies with water levels.

The 3 of us ladies had a great time on our water water rafting trip. Our guide Cole was great at explaining what to do and giving instructions down the river. None of us on the trip took a dip out of the raft! Great time and would definitely do again. From booking online to the end of the trip I have no complaints. Didn't need a towel as it was warm enough to drip dry. Wear a swim suit or something that drys fast. We forgot water shoes but they supply booties if you need them. Do make sure to take plenty of water. Linda

Yes, we capsized at sunshine falls location at around mile 2.7 of the approximately 7.51 mile trip in the Arkansas River based on my GPS watch. The rescue & recovery by another raft guided by the lead guide went flawlessly in seconds that seemed like eternity. We carried on with some minor scratches and bruises. My sincere thanks and salutation to the Raft Masters crew, guides, and all. Please do pay attention to the safety briefing while on the bus; they paid off for us! Thank you Raft Masters and also to the customers who applied what they were taught! I highly recommend Raft Masters and we will be back. Epic lifetime experience!

Our group of 4 adults took the Royal Gorge Half-Day trip. Our guide was Mike and we all had a great time! He provided great instruction, pointed out areas on the scenic route, and provided a great experience. I would definitely recommend this, and would love to do a full-day when back in Canon City! We did this as part of a package with Colorado Jeep Tours. Perfect day.
