This was the worse experience ever. I made the reservations for a round trip airport to hotel limousine ride in Las Vegas. The total amount was charged to my credit card. When we landed in the airport I received a text to go to baggage claim T1. The driver was no where to be found we waited for 8 minutes. I called he was at T3. He walked to us instead of driving around like customer service said he would. When we meet the driver he had an attitude. When we got into the limousine if was hot and there was only ice and cups. Despite, the fact that the ride was suppose to come with champagne. So I asked if the champagne was available. With an attitude the driver named Dana said it’s in the policy we stop at a liquor store. After we stopped at an liquor store and he brought back a cheap champagne. When we arrived at the hotel the driver had taken his suit jacket off and only had on a black thermo shirt looking very unprofessional. Then to make matters worse I receive an email with $69 in extra charges saying our ride was 2 minutes over. I contacted the company the tracked the drivers GPS after I informed them he wasn’t in the right location. The company said that the over charges would be refunded but I was still charged. As a warning please do yourself a favor and go with another company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Mark was our driver and his was excellent. Very social and fun. I loved his personality and sense of humor. He was there waiting for us at baggage claim, carried our bags, open and closed car door. Mark was a real gentleman. I would recommend him and this company. Thanks again

Our driver made our trip to the hotel so exciting! He waited for us to use the restroom, and was super patient. He didn’t make us feel rushed at all!
