Honestly, pretty horrific. I hesitate to give anything under 4-5 stars, but they had absolutely no clue we had a reservation or that anyone was even coming. They had nothing prepared at all, and didn't even have any water on hand. My family and friends have purchased directly from them before and have always been happy with their chocolates, but this experience was spectacularly bad. Not sure if Viator dropped the ball or they did. What a fiasco, avoid at all costs.
