This was probably the best ghost tour I've taken. They actually use documentary evidence to talk about why there may be some paranormal phenomenon.

We took the Supernatural Tour of Asheville with Tad, although there were some challenges due to the rain we managed to see quite a lot and our guide Tad provided a wealth of information on the history of Asheville including the influence of the Cherokees and the Vanderbilt family in the local area as well as some of the spooky happenings that have take place over the years. This was helpful because it was our first time in Asheville (for a wedding) and we were unfamiliar with the local area. We'll have to try the regular Ghost Tour on our next visit so that we can get more on the spooky side of things.
