Me and my partner did this tour in October of 2023 at 8pm during the night. We were led by Christian (AKA Cryptid Guy) who was absolutely incredible!
He made the tour very interesting and was incredibly open to any and all questions. He was very knowledgeable about the sights, history, and haunts of downtown Asheville and made it an incredibly fun time. We will be returning our next visit for the same tour because his energy was immaculate! He spoke a lot and captivated the tour, with a lot of jokes to go along side the interesting stories.
I would definitely recommend going later at night since it sets a nice ambiance for the tour. Tour sizes can be on the larger side, but Christian made sure he could be heard at all times and never left anyone behind. My partner is a complete non believer in ghosts and is now very interested in the haunts of Asheville. Would definitely recommend!!

Rich history of Ashville and it’s families. Our guide stressed the possibility of incurring an injury after the tour as told by former guests. Well guess what! I fell over a high curb and ended in the Mission Emergency! No doubting now in paranormal activity.
