I only had 72 hours in Chennai, and the Chennai Sightseeing tour was a perfect opportunity to see the highlights of the city! The car was comfortable (and air-conditioned), and my guide spoke fairly good English. He was flexible in terms of where we went and when and he made some great suggestions. The tour definitely provided great value for money and I would recommend it for anyone wanting to see the highlights of Chennai in a comfortable, private setting.
