We are local but saw this tour advertised so decided to try it since neither of us were very familiar with different parts of Atlanta. We loved every minute of the tour. Don, the tour guide, was so knowledgeable about all the different areas and the history behind them. He had a great personality and was so entertaining with his stories and "musical interludes" which was him playing the harmonica and singing and even "rapping". He was hysterical. Went to a lot of really interesting areas and spent ample time at each one.Even stopped for breaks and a nice lunch spot. Cory's driving was flawless. Highly recommend this to everyone. Locals and tourists. Worth every penny.

This five hour bus and walking tour was an incredible scenic and educational trip. I have never stopped in Atlanta while enroute to Florida, but I'm glad we did. Looking forward to going back. Our guide Don and driver Corey were both born and raised in Atlanta and were well informed, very proud of their city and Don's musical singing and harmonica solos throughout the tour were appreciated!! Thanks.

My two kids (8 and 13) and I went on the 5 hour Atlanta city bus tour from 9 to 2. We were told to meet in front of Chik Fil A at 231 Peachtree Street at 8:45. However, when we arrived there right around that time, the Chik Fil A was very crowded so we were walking around in circles in search of our group or guide. When we pulled out our tickets, our tour guide, Don, noticed us and called us over. Our tour began as soon as all of the group was gathered. Don did a very good job of constantly pointing out accessible restrooms for us to use throughout the duration of the tour. Don explained famous buildings, hotels, and landmarks in downtown and midtown Atlanta. We spent 45 minutes at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. Then we parked at Krog Street Market, walked through it, and went on one mile-long walk along the Beltline where a railroad used to run. If you are coming during the winter, I would definitely recommend dressing warm because it got very windy and chilly during this walk. There are murals and art along the beltway path. Many locals were jogging, biking, and walking along this path. Following this, we walked around the Ponce City Market. Next, we went off to the CNN center to eat the lunch (either something we bought earlier at Krog or Ponce market or there is a food court at the bottom level of the CNN Center). I wish we could have had longer than 25 minutes to eat our lunch because our family did feel a little rushed in eating everything in that amount of time. (Especially if you hadn’t already bought your food, you might have to wait in a line, and it could take longer to get your food.) The rest of the tour didn’t have any walking; we sat in the bus and Cory drove us around the Buckhead area where Don pointed out many different mansions of famous people. We went past the Margaret Mitchell house where Gone With the Wind was filmed as well as the Swan House where The Hunger Games were filmed. In conclusion, our tour was pretty enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable on Atlanta history.
