The South Congress tour was very nice however, we are not sure of what the Secret dish was. We had coffee at Joe’s, Meatball subs at Home Slice, A street taco at Guerreros, Ice cream at the candy shop, a brisket Taco at torchy’s, And the chocolate pecan cookie. We did not have the Italian cream soda. What was the secret dish? We had ice cream before we had another taco at torchy’s… It would’ve been better if we had ice cream right before the cookie. Eating another taco after ice cream seemed out of order.

Pola was a great tour guide and host! Enjoyed learning about Austin and enjoyed all the food stops and history behind their starts to serving great food.

Kate was excellent! Highly recommend her tour when you are in Austin. Food was great and Kate was awesome. Great way to acclimate to the city.
