The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were delayed a day to pick up jeep rental and they worked with us. Best customer service ever!! Jeep was clean and ready for our adventure. I highly recommend this place for your jeep rental needs.

With fingers crossed we called one week before a big eclipse (so lots of tourists) needing an SUV for 8 days. Still cannot believe they had one available! Excellent communication and customer service. Even gave us a discount. SUV was clean & worked great. When we arrived at Moab airport, everyone queued the Enterprise window. We were the only ones at the Canyonlands Jeep & Car Rental (local) window. We were on our way quickly.

10/10!!! I can't say enough great things about this place! The staff alone are a 10! We arrived to Moab on a Monday in our motorhome and 2 miles from our campground had a blowout to our Jeep. After getting it to the tire shop, we walked downtown to find this shop. I called on the way and spoke with Angela who fixed us right up. I only rented for 2 days originally, but after having additional damage we had to take the jeep to another place after our tires. I called the day I was to return the car to extend and Gage told me that I couldn't extend that they were now booked solid. There was an event in Moab and EVERY rental place was sold out of vehicles. I was a little bit panicked on how we were going to get our Jeep back 20 miles away. This is a tiny town and nothing for miles. I called Gage back and he spoke with his coworkers and manager to work something out for us. What I thought was just another half day rental, when I arrived, he had given Wendy all the information for us and our situation and they were able to let us upgrade to a SUV for a few more days!! They didn't have to do all this! What impeccable customer service, I cannot say enough about Angela, Gage and Wendy!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
