Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas and we decided today to give it a go. The entire experience from purchasing the voucher (in advance) & setting the appointment online to flying in the wind tunnel was easy and awesome. The staff was courteous, professional, extremely friendly and very helpful. This aspect of our trip is very important to both of us because this is becoming rare in most businesses these days. The sales coordinator Christine walked us through the check-in process, answered all our questions and made sure that we understood everything. Our flight instructor was CJ who was "again" awesome, knowledgeable and made our flight a lot of fun. Staff members were more than happy to take photos of me and my wife for us. As far as the flight - my wife and I was completely thrilled, excited and most definitely not disappointed with the experience. In fact we purchased our next trip while we were there and plan to take our adult children to have the fun experience too. We highly recommend this excursion for everyone to do.

Our flight instructor was Ryan Belluomini and he was greater than great!! Not only was he very knowledgeable about the process but he was a very engaging, friendly person. I took my 18 yr old son and it was his first time. After about 30 seconds in the tunnel I could tell he (my son) really had it down. He was a natural. After the session was over, Ryan pulled my son aside and said the same thing...he really was a natural and that he should consider working at iFly if it interested him. Ryan then proceeded to spend an extra half hour with us walking us through employment at his company and what to expect if my son decided to apply. He even went as far as to give us the names of General Managers at different iFly locations and said to use him as a reference if my son was interested, which he definitely is. My son has since applied online and we'll see where it goes. That being said, I can't say enough great things about Ryan and iFly. A+ company and A+++ customer service.
