Mike was an amazing tour guide and segway instructor. I highly recommend this company and tour. Truly enjoyed the sights and history of Austin and we were very fortunate the bats showed up for us.

I went on the Segway tour in Austin and whilst I enjoyed it, I think it could have been a lot better. We got to the bat bridge very early and that used a lot of the overall time... also the tour guide had not a lot of local history and few interesting stories to share.

Went on the hottest day in Austin, booked the tour 4 hours before it started. When we got there and found that we are the only two tourists for the evening, we are a little surprised in the beginning, but Raymond was there, well prepared and patiently showed us how to ride a Segway, it is so fun and intuitive!! Thanks to Raymond, we got to learn about Austin's downtown area, the capitol building, the landmarks, historical and contemporary sculptures on the street, dirty six, the haunted Driskill hotel, and the bats! The smoke of bats was lovely, but there are lots of people on the bridge, so we had to park our Segways not far from the bridge, and walk there, which is totally worth it. Raymond also knew a lot of details about the haunted hotel. I was not intended to go and explore until he told us the stories. Something weird did happen to my phone when I entered the building though... Whenever we were on the bridge or exploring the hotel, Raymond was always patiently waiting for us. Would love to go again for another tour if I come back!
