Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

All luggage must be claimed at the border before proceeding; unclaimed luggage cannot cross the border. Tour operators are not responsible for luggage during border crossings. Passengers denied entry at the border are responsible for their own transportation, as no free service will be provided.

I would like to commend our bus driver Janna . She’s the best and made sure we reached our destination safe. When taken us back she dropped us in a safe lighted place . I can only say good words for her . This made our 3 day tour the best of all the tours we had in the past. Kudos to Janna!

I love the places that we went to. I have been to Niagara twice before: they only included Maid of the Mist ride and topside viewing of the Horseshoe Fall. This time was a total experience, with side trips to and from Niagara Falls, which included Watkins Glen, Ripley's Aquarium, Thousand Islands Cruise, and a few other interesting places. Also, lunch at Skylon Tower and dinner at Seafood restaurant. There was confusion in the word "optional" in the list of things to do. We assumed it meant that we can choose not to join the activity, but Take Tours meant the admission price is not included in our payment and that we have to shell out a substantial amount of cash (credit card not accepted) during the trip. We had to take part in the entire list of activities or you have to stay in the bus (?????). We were not prepared for this as it was almost as much as the initial amount that we paid. Janna was an excellent driver, very safe and very efficient. Jason handled everything wonderfully (except that there was more fast food stops that I can handle; lol).Anyway, we're searching for our next trip and we will definitely consider using Jupiter Legend again. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable, except for the long bus rides between locations.
