This is a fun and informative walking tour of the centre of Pittsburgh. Our guide Ken was a pleasure and kept the information flowing at a good pace. The walk is more of a stroll stopping to see and hear about landmarks on the route. I learned a lot about the beautiful buildings in the city of Pittsburgh and I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to understand more about Pittsburgh’s history and culture.

We did the Best of the Burgh Tour with Ken as our guide. It was fantastic! We went into so many fabulous buildings and heard so many great stories. Finishing in Market Square was perfect with so many restaurants to choose from for a post tour meal. Thanks, Ken!

Ken, our guide, knows and loves Pittsburgh and easily tailors his tour to suit individual interests. I especially appreciated the coupon and recommendation for excellent ice cream at the end. I was skeptical, but that was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Suggestions for improvement: a little slower pace in the heat. More opportunities to take pictures or refill water bottles. My husband and I weren’t feeling well by the end, and I wished I had carried more to hydrate with.

Yes, heat can come on as the tour hits early afternoon in the summer and typically Ken carries some water bottles if the need arises during the tour so we apologize you did not get as taken care of as you needed.
