  • The minimum age for wildlife safaris is 8 years old. (Private safaris have no age minimum.)
  • For groups of 14 guests or less: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day safaris and a 14-day cancellation policy for all 2-3 day safaris. For multi-day safaris of 4 days or more, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. For groups of 15 or more guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a refund minus a 10% fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.

If we had a better guide it would have been an amazing experience since the nature and wildlife were incredible. It was our first activity upon arrival from 0 altitude and we were told we wouldn’t have any strenuous activity on high altitude, but our guide thought it would be good if we hike to almost 8k altitude to two waterfalls in Yellowstone park while he was chilling at the parking lot, and not giving us good instructions about directions. He also persuaded us not to go and see the biggest Yellowstone attraction, Grand Prismic Spring cause it was “too crowded “ and he would show us smaller ones so he could take pics for himself. His name is Colin.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your tour. Our goal is to make every guest happy and satisfied with their experience with us. You and your spouse were on a public Yellowstone Tour with 4 others. Public tours can be a challenge for everyone in the group, guests and guides, as all tours are customized based on guests' desires, which means decisions need to be made with consensus, which leads to people not always getting what they want/need. In this example, everyone was asked multiple times if they wanted to see Grand Prismatic. One group wanted to avoid the crowds, the other agreed, and you didn't voice opposition, which I know can be difficult to do, so the decision was made to avoid the crowds at GP. I've talked with the guide, and we have devised new strategies to create a safe place for people to voice their opinions. We also talked about the hike. It is a 20-minute hike that most guests prefer to do on their own as it’s a time to be on their own a little bit; it’s a short trail with great views and no splits in the trail. The elevation gain is 80ft. We are willing to join the guests if the guests ask. In this case, there was a vehicle issue with a cooler blocking a door lock that needed to be dealt with, so the guide fixed that while the group walked together. When the guide resolved the issue, he walked in the opposite direction and met the guests. I'm sorry you felt unsupported on the hike. We have discussed and have new strategies for evaluating comfortability and desire to hike without the guide.

Wow. This is an amazing experience. Our guide Colin was so much fun. He took us to see Prism Lake, Old Faithful, and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Along the way we pulled over a much of times when Colin would spot wildlife. Having someone with us to show us the sights was 100% the way to go. You would be crazy not to do this kind of tour. This is a once in a lifetime experience and I’m glad we didn’t take any chances and did this the right way. Thanks Colin, yinz was a class act n’at.

We had Colin Boeh as our Guide. We got to see everything Colin mentioned. Geysers, hot springs, animals, waterfalls, the Grand Canyon of the park and the lakes. He went out of his way to turn around and make extra stops to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible and his extreme knowledge and history of the park was incredible. Highly recommended.
