Good Tour! we took the bus on our first day and decided to do the full loop as our guide was so informative and fun. Second day we used the bus like a taxi to visit the main sites and attractions. Money well spent!

We were on holiday from England and were staying at the Loews hotel, the bus pick up point was at the pier so ideal. Bus was late picking us up but the traffic was bad which can't be helped. Frank the tour guide was very good and himerous although on our hollywood/Beverly Hills part of the tour, the microphone was a bit scratchy so it was difficult to hear at times. Also the female tour guide on the red line wasn't as knowledgable as Frank. It would be nice if the last bus was later leaving too as we didn't get much time in Beverly hills. It was mainly wind noise in the microphone but the first leg with Frank was fine.

The Big Bus tour was not a great experience. It boast hop on hop off with a live app that details in real time where each bus was located. What we found was subpar tour guides and a lot of waiting. We waited over an hour at our stops to get back on the bus. Most of our time was wasted wasted waiting. We actually had to get on a Starline bus at stop 7 to get back to the first stop after waiting for the big bus to come that never came. I would not recommend this company for tours.
