Tour hits some great spots. Mindy our tour guide was a local so she had great insight on the city. The lower rating was because of the bus sound system. It would cut in a out and at times static. Our tour guide repeatedly apologized to the group. Over all it is a worth while tour.

Excellent tour guide and excellent tour. Worth knowing that it gets cold on top of an open bus at this time of year. Also the sound system on that bus was a bit crackly but did not detract too much from the experience; certainly not the guides fault who had an excellent and informative patter.

We purchased the audio night time tour where you were given headphones to listen to what what supposed to be audio describing the various sites. This "audio" however mostly was music for the entire tour. We crossed over many bridges and passed by several interesting buildings and still have no clue what those sites were. For that reason, I cannot recommend the audio tour. If you aren't interested in a guided tour and just want to see the sites, then this is a good tour.

Additionally while our Downtown and Uptown tours only have pre-recorded commentary available, we recommend trying our Brooklyn tour or Night tour as these have Live Guides on board which can provide additional information. We hope you consider trying these tours in the future so we can provide you with a better experience.
