Was excited, got on bus, audio did not work. Looked around, half the people’s audio didn’t work. Got off on stop 8. Walked to the Japantown about 1.3 miles from the stop. Kids were getting out of school and were scaring my kids…ghetto. Took uber back to stop 8 after some food. Bus again had some audio problems such as stuck volume on high and bus was packed. Very cold and hat flew off going to Golden Gate around 5pm. Came back to stop one. Not worth $280. Could’ve taken uber or Waymo for a better cheaper experience.

A fantastic tour and super easy to navigate around the city with their help - very convenient and always on time wherever we needed to be picked up along the route! A huge thanks to Carlos for his excellent and super friendly help at Fisherman’s Wharf and Union Square, and a big shoutout to our driver on Monday 17 March for the evening Sunset Tour! Amazing character, and brought a smile to everyone’s faces while taking care of us with ponchos, sweets/treats, and the group photo taker at our Bay Bridge stop! Thanks team!!
