Very easy to use. Hop on and hop off at the different stops. Nice audio tour as you ride as well. Nice way to visit DC in a day, especially on a nice day. Sitting in the open air was beautiful during an October visit.

When we purchased the tickets, the lady who helped us was super nice and helpful. The first bus we were on was relatively clean and the driver was nice. After that, every bus we were on seemed dirty and run down. The drivers were not very pleasant. One bus that we seemed to keep getting on had a huge window out when it was cold and raining. When we asked the driver, he said "There's nothing wrong with this bus!" I would not recommend this. I would not recommend BigBus tours. Next time we will use DC Circulator.

Better than walking but plan for a lot of downtime in between stops. There aren’t enough busses running so you’ll likely wait 15-30 minutes for a bus after you’ve hopped off and visited the sights. We ended up walking in between some of the stops bc the app showed there were no busses anywhere close. The tour part is clunky. They give you earbuds to plug into the bus and listen while you ride. The interior of the bus is hot and stuffy.
