Get ready for an exhilarating Hawaii zipline adventure! Soar over cascading waterfalls and lush greenery on seven different ziplines – including one of the longest ziplines in the US – for unparalleled views of the Big Island's stunning ocean, mountain and jungle scenery.
Tour was designed for all levels of zipline experience. The ziplines start off small and gradually increase in length, height and speed. Ending with our last line reaching 1/2 a mile above a 250ft private waterfall!

I went ziplining solo, but it turned out to be one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had. During the activity, I met two amazing families—one from New York and one from Boston. They were so kind and friendly, and even though I don’t speak English well, they made an effort to talk to me and made me feel welcomed the whole time. Special thanks to my instructor, Juliet. She kept trying to communicate with me throughout the tour. I may not have understood all the words, but I could feel her genuine kindness and care—it meant so much to me. She gave me emotional comfort and support just through her energy and presence. On the ride back, the van was pretty hot, and Juliet noticed I was uncomfortable. She quietly turned the A/C vent toward me to cool me down. That simple, thoughtful gesture nearly brought me to tears. Even without speaking the same language, I felt deeply understood and cared for. Thank you to everyone who made this experience unforgettable. This wasn’t just an adventure—it was a reminder of how warm and beautiful people can be.

SUCH a fun Hawaii zipline experience! My 13 year old and I would love to do this again next visit. Hawaii Zipline Tours is located on a gorgeous farm about 15 min north of Hilo along a gorgeous drive. Definitely plan to visit Akaka Falls before or after your zipline tour, and to shop around the little town of Honomu after (don't sleep on the shaved ice next door!). We've done ziplining in Hawaii before, and Hawaii Zipline Tours is hands down one of the best. Our booking experience was smooth, and they send you a bunch of reminders with the address, what to expect and what to wear, etc. (Be sure to wear sunscreen - I forgot mine & got a bit burnt.) Our guides were Zoe & Byron and they were so much fun. They both took the entire experience up a notch. Once they fit you safely with gear, they'll drive your group up to the lines. Along the way, they told us all about the land, and stories of the history in the area. We even got to try some bananas from the farm at the first line! The 7 ziplines are all so much fun and you TRULY cannot beat the views of the waterfalls at 2 lines and the ocean off in the distance. We didn't see whales on our day, but they spoke about seeing them often during whale season. You can tell that this company cares about safety, land preservation and fun. Highly recommend this experience!

I’ve always wanted to zip line but have chickened out. The opportunity to zip line past waterfalls made me finally take the leap. I was nervous but our guides were incredible. The tour is designed with a few smaller lines first to help you get comfortable. By the time the 1/2 mile line was in front of me, I did not hesitate. It was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had. The team takes great care of the group and keeps safety as a top priority. Take this tour, you’ll be so glad you did!
