My fiancé and I are getting married here in October 2021, so we wanted to learn more about Blue Bee, the space, and the cider. Part of the tour takes place in a gorgeous little courtyard with apple trees and shaded tables where the guide tells you the history of the cidery. Then, you get to see where the cider is made in huge fermentation tanks and see where bottling takes place, learning about cider-making as you go. After, we tried 10 different ciders as part of the tour. We learned a lot and got to sample delicious new ciders. Would definitely recommend.
