The Blue Heron Fleet was established in 1955 by Capt. Harry Nagel. The fleet has been family owned and operated with the third generation currently at the helm. Blue Heron offers excellent year round fishing at a great price.

The vessel is the largest and most comfortable in the area. Vessel is custom built aluminum drift fishers that meet and exceed the United States Coast Guard regulations. The cabins offer cushioned seating, settees for catering, and clean men’s and ladies restrooms. The Vessels are equipped with state of the art navigation and fish finding equipment.

The fare includes rod, reel, bait, tackle, and fishing license. The crews have years of experience ensuring your families safety and enjoyment. Blue Heron specializes in private charters for family, business, and corporate events with the options of fishing or cruising.

I gave this trip to my husband for Father's Day to share with our 6 year old daughter. The crew was fantastic according to them. Our little one caught the biggest fish (barracuda) & it was a big as her! It was affordable fun & we look forward to going again. Thanks for the memory & her first ocean fishing adventure.

I purchased the trip for my family, including young nephew, not knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a great day on the water. The whole crew was very patient and helpful. They really made it fun. They were very encouraging and gave great tips along the way. Overall, it was a very fun experience. We even caught a few fish. We can't wait to go again.
