We rode with Johnny Boston. Johnny taught us how to give a review keeping in mind all should be positive. He also told us a lot about children which he had learned at the Children's museum. He was very informative about anything we wanted to know about Boston. He was actually born on the tour route and specializes in all there is to know about Boston. Johnny actually probably saved a life by making a clear space for an ambulance on an emergency run. The driver yelled out as he passed :thanks once again Johnny!" Johnny is truly a well known figure on the route and I suggest a stop be added on the tour to see where on the route Johnny was born. It was very hot today and Johnny offered to spray everyone off with his iced water spray bottle. Some parts of this review are in jest but Johnny Boston was fun and represented CityView Trolley very well.

Third time coming to Boston and doing this tour. This time they made us get off and wait for next trolley. Then let the lineup for other on. Took over 30 min. Line ups everywhere. Brutal.

Hi Kathryn, we apologize for this inconvenience as its not the norm, however we occasionally are required to change and juggle the trolleys around due to traffic etc. Please try us again when next in Boston and be sure to email me directly so we could make sure it doesn't happen again to you.

Great experience with all the drivers we had very informative and made us laugh. Loved being able to get off and on at all the many stops provided. Hope to come back next year again
