We are from Colorado and we came to New England for vacation. We did the Trolley tour in Boston and it was the best thing we did on our entire trip. We enjoyed learning the history of Boston while riding around the city. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made us laugh with his sometimes corny jokes. When we were done we felt like we knew so much more about the history of our country and we also knew the places that we wanted to go and visit more in-depth. We are so glad that we were able to do this tour.

We bought the 2 Day Pass from City View. Our experience was very good for the most part. Our one driver on the Hop on Hop Off stands out for his patience and humor. Johnny Boston was a great driver. He provided wonderful information and added quite a bit of humor. The whole bus was enjoying one another's company laughing at this funny guy. It was interesting because our first driver was the complete opposite. Passengers got the teacher stare for talking while she was talking. Fortunately we were getting off after one stop and joked about the stressful situation. Next came Johnny and we couldn't believe the difference. Routinely, you are suppose to get off Hop On Hop Off after a complete loop. It was off season so it wasn't really enforced. Our tickets included the Boat Tour which was also beautiful. It was a picture perfect day, sunny but a bit breezy. The narrator was wonderful, easy to understand. There was quite a bit of room on the top, which is where we wanted to sit. Again, it was October so no crowds. My only disappointment was that I went to the pier house before to find out what I had to do and where I had to go. When we arrived and lined up at the appointed spot and time, the man asked if we registered at the ticket booth. I said, No, I asked what I had to do and showed my UPC code on my paperwork. Worked out o.k. though...he just took what we had. We purchased a 2 day pass, unfortunately some things were not available which we didn't realize until we paid...the Swan Boats weren't in service; some places were not open Monday & Tuesday....so plan ahead. We would have been wise to buy separate tickets for boat, Hop On/Hop Off, etc than the combo ticket. Overall we enjoyed the tours.

Dear Customer, thanks for taking the time sharing your experience with us…unfortunately it’s hard to keep up with what other attractions are doing especially during these covid time when so many business are challenges with staffing etc., your advice it spot-on visitors should check the attractions’ websites for their hours of operation if they plan to visit them. 👍🏼 -Mike Thomas

My only issues was that I accidentally purchased 2 sets of tickets and could not get a refund on the 2nd set …. It was my fault but still put a damper on it. But the trip was great and the narrators all had different stories and facts to share!
