We had A few very interesting and entertaining tour guides, including Joey and Johnny Boston, The best sites/stops included the USS Constitution and Navy Yard. Also liked beacon Hill and Cheers.

If you arriving by cruise ship this is not for you too far from port. It’s says 1 or 2 day hop on hop off but your allowed 1 trip around Boston so you better know what you want to see before you go. Staff at start location are not knowable about voucher from online much confusion.

Hi Michael, we're sorry that you weren't aware of the cruise ships location to downtown Boston where our tours originate from and that you found it to be a confusing experience with our staff...our staff is highly trained, they at times they are required to handle numerous etixs especially when 4,000-8,000 passengers disembark for cruise ships at the same time. We do encourage and inform our guests how to best maximize their time and to plan ahead which stops interest them the most and which to visit so they do not run out of time...there is so much to see and explore throughout our tour route. We offer our guests the best service and Boston tour available! We hope that you choose CItyView again during any future Boston visits! Sincerely, Mike T

Was great having a great narrator for our tour - J. Hawk. Loved that tour bus was enclosed - being from Texas, weather outside felt start of winter where are from - all though the Boston locals were in shorts and t-shirts.
