When we showed up to pick up our tickets at the place indicated by the Viator email, we were told we could not pick up our tickets there, but had to go somewhere else. When we went to the second location, we had to wait a long time to speak to someone with CityView Trolley Tours. When we finally spoke with them, they gave us tickets and told us to get to the back of the line. The trolley filled up with the people in front of us, but we were not allowed to board the trolley. When another trolley finally arrived, it took no passengers. The driver was "taking a break." After waiting for an hour in the punishing sun, we finally boarded a trolley, and the tour guide acted like he hated his job and we were a burden for him to be talking to us. When we finished the trolley tour, we walked over to the harbor cruise ticket office, and once again had to wait a half-hour to talk to someone. When we finally got our harbor cruise tickets, we boarded the ship only to learn that there were not enough seats available for our family. We tried to disembark, but the employee would not let us leave. We had to stay on the ship. They later apologized and told us we could get a refund. When we called CityView Trolleys, they said they could not refund us, but we would have to call City Experiences. When we called City Experiences, they said they could not refund us, but we would have to call CityView Trolleys. No one will take responsibility.

Dear customer, we’re sorry to hear that we did not meet ur expectations…the longest wait we’ve every had was 30 mins during peak times which is reasonable compared to other tourists venues in the height of any major city’s tourists season. The harbor cruise if operated by a separate company and they do not guarantee seating as their vessel is designed for both seating and standing room. We apologize if your expectations were greater than we and the cruise company could provide.
All in all CityView Trolley and Harbor Cruise companies provide superior services, please try us again during your next visit.
