This mid-June rafting trip for our party of 4 was an absolute blast. Our guide Chris was very personable and knowledgeable. The river was gorgeous and running strong. Class 2 and 3 rapids provided enough of a challenge to make for a thrilling adventure. Booking process was easy, as was check-in. AVA staff was helpful and great to deal with. We can't wait to do it again!

We had a fantastic day with Chad on the river...his knowledge was awesome and he fully engaged with our family. Our daughter is going to be a raft guide in NC this summer and Chad took the time to give her some great tips. Calen was the second part of the team, making sure our transportation and lunch was available. Calen was also very engaging. We would definitely request these guys again. The river was awesome and the canyon is amazing to see! A definite must do!

Incredible 1st Rafting trip. I can't say enough good things about this trip. It was so much fun...We were a group of 6 (3 couples in our mid 40's and 50's). Our guide, Matt, was top-notch with a great personality and a wealth of knowledge. His fellow guides, D-Spain and Pierce, were great too. We all hung together at lunch and on the bus ride there and back. We highly recommend AVA...You won't be disappointed and we can't wait to go back and do the higher class rapids!!!
