Agent told me I needed to be at boat for 9 am launch, but boat did not leave until 11. Viator had no way to contact companies actually doing the tours. Very disappointing.

Bus hop on off is great! You can use it to go around the city and to plan where to go next. Ferry is okish super windy and a bit croweded. Good if you don’t have Alcantraz tickets and it lets you get great pictures with the Golden Gate Bridge

Best tour! This was our first time and we got to do the boat tour and the bus tour! The staff was friendly and helpful! It’s worth your money! I recommend to get there early and reserve your boat tour first then do the bus tour.
