We were misled and got on the wrong tour! 20 min later we realized that this is not our tour and left it.We tried to reach the operator to request a reschedule. The operator didn’t respond to our calls and never called us back, but charged us, even though Viator requested a refund as well. Very disappointed by Signature Tours DC.

1 big scam. Don't book this tour but just go to the Capitol yourself. All these people do is take you to the FREE tour the Capitol offers

Unfortunately you wan a free service but not here and like you say if you know that free tour why you reserve the tour with us we do provide serve with the best tour guide in the city to take you around Capitol hell Supreme Court and we take you also to the library of congress ,we reserve the tickets for you too and the time about the us capitol also our tour guide out and inside. Also we take you to the Capitol museum and have short time with the Capitol tour guide for security reason to prevent individual alone in the Us Capitol for traffic reason please make it easy for the next time and don’t come back . We don’t scam any of our guest for almost 30 years we are professional company but we understand from experience we find some difficult guest like you wan free service and free tour please ready our reviews
