I was very excited when I booked this carriage ride. Four days prior to the schedule ride I received a text message asking if I would switch from my 8:20pm ride to an 11 PM ride because there was no 8:20pm available anymore. I told him that that was too late and they switched me back to the 8:20pm. A day before our scheduled ride I received a text message with a link to my tickets and the location to meet. When I was reviewing that information, I realized that the company did not allow five adults although when I bought the tickets. It stated five passengers, and did not say anything that I have found regarding, the amount of adults or children allowed. I was informed that we could only have four adults and had to remove one of our riders or pay $200 to have another carriage. On the day of the ride, we arrived early and I texted my driver to let him know we were early we waited until a little bit after our scheduled time slot. I was disappointed to find out there are new lights in Central Park during Christmas time, which is why I scheduled an evening ride. Our driver Vitalli allowed us to feed our horse Caramel a carrot, and get photos he also provided us with a warm blanket. He was very kind and told us about this along the way. His accent was difficult to understand, but he said he had only lived in the United States for four months and apologize for his broken English. Altogether I was expecting something completely different, and I would not recommend this to a friend or family member.
Also, if time is not a judge issue I recommend purchasing in the park not prior to online. They were much cheaper!
