The Carrie B sightseeing paddlewheel tour boat is owned and operated by Harbor Tours, Inc. We have been providing scenic sightseeing boat tours and private charters since 1959. As a third-generation family-owned and operated business we have delighted guests in Fort Lauderdale for over 30 years!

The boat was clean and comfortable . the tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and did amazing job describing everything along the way

This was our second time taking this tour and it was just as fun an exciting as the first. We were greeted by friendly staff and just had a wonderful time. The lower deck is air conditioned and enclosed, lined wth large panoramic view glass the length of the vessel. You can purchase snacks and drinks. Warm giant pretzels, hot dogs, popcorn and cold drinks were available and reasonably priced. the upper deck is open air and you can sit under an awning or out in the open sun and enjoy the breeze. You are free to wonder about and restrooms are available. the trip lasted an hour and a half and we traveled from the north fork of the New River, east to the Intra coastal, south under the 17th street causeway bridge to the the port, then back up the Intra coastal to the Las Olas bridge, then back to Carrie Bs dock. Throughout the length of the tour, over a PA system which could easily be heard anywhere aboard the vessel, various points of interest including homes and other vessels were pointed out and information provided. A very rich history in Fort Lauderdale and was quite a learning experience. Parking an be a challenge. I recommend arriving early to park. The parking garage on the south side of the cheesecake factory is very convenient and costs us only $4 for the 2 hours we were there. You must pay using a credit card and app on your phone. If you want to see the "Venice of Florida" I highly recommend Carrie B Cruises.

Took a 1 pm, 90 minute cruise on the Carrie B. Purchased tickets online. Very friendly crew, everyone well-distanced, and some great sights of the amazing homes along the water - and the spectacular yachts. One huge yacht we saw cost $500,000 just to fill up the gas tanks. Wow. We really had a good time on board, and they have a bar with snacks for purchase.
