Need more information about how the ticketing system works, we are on a roadtrip in the southwest and purchased tickets to go to Catalina on our way to Long Beach and we were in and out of cell service. By the time we got to see the email about having to call to confirm your departure or cancel 24hours in advance it was already too late. I would really like my refund.

My work was all over the island, so travel was already organized by the customers. However, I had a pleasant site viewing of the island.

Great crews very helpful. We had 2 in wheelchairs and they made sure we were taken to our seats and comfortable
