Michelle and Jessica provided amazing customer service! They were so sweet and really took great care of us. And Manuel was super patient with setting up the bike and the helmets for us and we are super super grateful for the great service! Keep up the good work Bike Rental Central Park! This is a big store with lots of bike options. We got two male and one female adult bike plus two kids bikes. All the bikes were quality checked before they were handed over to us. Good bikes, no issues.

We rented a couple of tandems. One of which didn’t function properly. The tandems were very heavy and seemed old. The main thing to take into account with tandems is that you can not change the saddle height, so if you were planning to change over mid way and your group has different leg lengths, it won’t work. We also would have appreciated a somewhat more friendly service in the South shop, like showing how the gears work. Whilst we do understand New York has many visitors and we were just a few out of a million, the rental shop does charge a very hefty price for this service. The weather and Central Park were lovely so the whole trip was fun though. I would do it again but rent citibikes next time.
