The bike experience in central park is absolutely amazing. You get the big city feel with the tranquillity of central park. Absolutely worth doing. The service from the shop attendants was poor though. Totally disinterested and rude. A big let down to a fantastic experience otherwise. I would still recommend the experience though.

Our family booked the guided tour (2hours) $115 for 4. We were going to just hire bikes and cycle around ourselves, but decided to get the tour and it was well worth it. Our guide, Ivan, was very good and took us around to all places of interest at a relaxed pace and we were not hurried along at all. No problem recommending this , as we would have missed a lot on our own.

We loved the freedom of riding around Central Park on a beautiful autumn day. We saw sections of the park we've never visited, even though we've been several times on foot. This was one of our favorite activities of our trip and certainly the best value. I will recommend Bike Rental Central Park to others and look forward to coming back again.
