I just want to warn potential customers of the company 'Bike Rental Central Park'm located at 348 W 57th ST New York NY. "bikerentalcentralpark.com". I had to cancel my bike tour due to Hurricane Irene hitting nyc and I cancelled more than 48 hours in advance by email yet this company has done nothing but give me the run around MULTIPLE TIMES and avoiding my calls and emails when I tried to obtain a refund. Apparently I won't be getting one at all despite FINALLY getting ahold of the manager. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT book with this company!! There are much better companies to use who are not crooks!!!

Negative experience... they provided us with malfunctioning bikes that did not allow us to enjoy the ride as we would have liked. Rude staff who won't even listen to you, so they know that if they don't sell to you there is still a line of passing tourists to exploit.

We rent scooters and electric bikes for a walk in Central Park. We had a little setback because of us, and the manager was phenomenal with us. I recommend this site 100%!
