We booked this tour online and would recommend not doing it. From the start we had an awful experience. At check in they didn’t even read our registration and started trying to include baskets, locks etc at extra cost. I kept informing them we were there for a tour until finally the customer service person understood. The people who hand out the bikes are just plain rude. There was a lot of miscommunication regarding the tour and we had no idea where to stand etc. The tour guide arrived late and was not passionate about the tour, just riding and pointing out movie sites. I recommend hiring a bike from another company or just walking Central Park. You can easily find out yourself where movies are filmed and places of interest from the internet.

I booked a 2 hour group trip, I was the only one attending so my guide Giovanni showed me the sights in a leisurely manner, lots of photo stops

The tour itself was very informative. I wished the tour guide would have rode faster in between stops. The biggest thing is the ride between where you pick your bike up and central park. You have to ride thru Manhattan traffic a little over 2 blocks. This is a very busy and dangerous traffic area.
