Was so much better than we even expected. Chef Jacquie was amazing. So much knowledge of the area, the history, the food with little tips here and there. If you're on the fence, do it!!

Really great tour, mix of food and history. Thank goodness we did some walking, because we definitely did some eating! Including one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Chef Jacquie was a great host, very considerate and knowledgeable. I went back to one of the shops later and the folks there were singing her praises, saying they don't put together sample trays for other groups, she's special. Nice people on the tour, good for a solo traveler.

Fantastic food tour! Delicious sampling of the best roast pork sandwich (Paesano’s) and cannoli (Isgro’s) I’ve ever had (I’m a Philly native). Chef Jackie knows everyone and she did a great job with giving us a history of the Italian market as well as recommendations on where to eat and things to buy. She gave us plenty of time to wander and look inside some of the shops, as well as walk us through the neighborhoods and an alley with mosaic wall art. Jackie is very outgoing and friendly, and engaged each family member to make sure we were happy and having a good time and had enough to eat. Definitely recommend this tour!
