Pros: The ship was pretty. The staff was friendly. The gravy for the chicken/potatoes was good!
Cons: Deweese was our server and very scattered. Service was very slow. We had 4 servers in total. We got the chicken which comes with a small piece of chicken (dry), instant mashed potatoes and undercooked green beans. Portions are smaller, no substituting, no picking your sides. Meal was a 2/10. Matre-de wasnt happy about us being on board. Asked when we bought the tickets (2-3 hours prior to boarding), gave us a “don’t know what to do with you 3/where to put you” look, although a few tables were empty. So right away felt excluded. The last portion of the ramp is super steep, making wheelchair access *very* hard (took three deck hands to get a lady up it), and with my leg braces, I almost couldn’t do it. No handicapped access to the deck up stairs to look out. Handicap accessible I would rate it 3/10.
It was something different to do, but I likely wouldn’t spend the insane price (for the quality) to do it again.
