On our Secret Food Tour: Chicago, you'll enjoy a variety of foods with culinary influences from the people who built this city.

You'll experience all the city's biggest food hits, many dishes with roots dating back over 150 years. This moving feast incorporates a walk through some of the city's world renowned architecture and public art in the famed Chicago Loop District. Experience our famous deep dish pizza, taste the amazing Italian beef sandwich, enjoy gourmet popcorn, and lots of other treats. Plus, there is our mouth-watering secret dish that you can only find out about on the day of the tour!

As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

Calder’s Flamingo

53-foot tall stabile located in the Federal Plaza in front of the Kluczynski Federal Building. It was commissioned by the United States General Services Administration and was unveiled in 1974, although Calder's signature on the sculpture indicates it was constructed in 1973.

My colleague and I came in to the city for work and decided to do a fun tour of the city from a locals perspective. Ben from Secret Food Tours was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable for our tour! We started at the Harold Washington Library and made our way through the delicious pockets of food across town. We spent about 3 hours in total talking about the architecture, discussing a little bit about the city, and experienced some surprises along the way. I would highly recommend attending this - and ask for Ben for your tour!

Excellent tour- the guides knowledge about the city and its history was a real bonus. He kept it interesting and relaxed all the way through. Food offered by the restaurants was also quite generous.
