I felt that this Luau was very disappointing. The food that was served was extremely subpar (I had a stomachache following the event) and the 2 alcoholic drinks that were provided were sickenly sweet and had cheap liquor. They say that the event is "all you can eat" yet hardly anyone was going up for seconds for good reason. Even if you did want more food, the staff immediately started cleaning up the food space after everyone had their first plate (which we had to wait in a very long line to receive). The event took place inside of a waterpark, which really cheapened the experience and took away from the cultural significance. The lei that we received, which came with our package, was not a flower lei that you would typically associate with Hawaii. In the picture that I posted, the flower clip and the pineapple drink that I had cost extra.
I found that the performers were very talented, but I could not see a lot of the performance as a lot of people were jammed inside a relatively small outdoor space and people were filming the entire performance on their phones which made it near impossible at times to see what was happening on stage.
I'm not sure if there are other Luaus that provide a better experience, but I would definitely not recommend this one.
