Visit two of New York's most historic attractions on this 4-hour tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Enjoy priority boarding on the ferry to Liberty Island and — together with you small group and guide, explore Liberty Island and get a a spectacular view of NYC. Then, visit Ellis Island, where you’ll learn about the vast immigration that took place here between 1892 and 1954.

On this tour you purchase your own ticket, giving you the opportunity to gain access to the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty, something no tour company can provide.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • The guided portion of the tour is 3.5-4 hours (subject to ferry schedule). However, to fully experience Ellis Island, it is recommended that you spend an additional hour on the island afterward
  • Food and drink is available for purchase on the Statue Ferry, Liberty Island, and Ellis Island
  • Involves a moderate amount of walking
  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • If canceled because of dangerous weather, you will be given the option of an alternative tour date or full refund
  • Photography is allowed on the tour; monopods and tripods are not
  • No weapons of any kind (e.g. pocket knives, pepper spray, Swiss Army knives, etc.) are allowed at the Statue of Liberty. Please leave these items at home
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour's designated start time. The tour departs promptly and no refunds will be given for guests who miss the tour due to being late
  • Once the tour begins, if you make the decision to not follow the guide or their instructions, we cannot guarantee we can reunite you with the group.
  • This tour is not wheelchair accessible
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age.
  • DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE TOUR IF YOU ARE LATE WE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE ABLE TO CATCH YOU UP WITH THE GROUP.
  • Your ferry ticket is NOT included with the price of the tour. You will be sent instructions on how to do this.

This was HANDS down the BEST money spend during our vacation. I have over 20 years vacationing in New York since I was a child. Always had a dream to visit the Statue of Liberty.Never had the chance to visit this with my parents, but this time I made it a priority to look for a tour and visit this with my 7 year old daughter. One word: AMAZING. A dream come true! The small group tour was super great. Our tour guide was THE BEST! We are from Aruba and my 7 year old daughter, understand English, but not everything. She understood Everything and takes pride in recounting her trip to the Statue. I will more than recommend anyone to book this tour. Worth every single penny spend.

Patrick was our tour guide and he was great! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he knew how to deliver the information so that all in my party a grandmother, mother and a 9 year old could understand it and stay interested in the tour. I have trouble hearing when there is background noise, but I could always hear Patrick. Also, Patrick was very good in explaining where we needed to be, when we needed to be there and how to negotiate the crowds and the security rules. Our party found these directions very helpful and made the trip less stressful.
