After looking at loads of different cruises, we decided on this one. It was a good choice. I booked here in the UK and had the tickets on my phone as well as the paper copies. There seemed to be a bit of confusion, as when I printed out the ticket, it said I had to exchange it for a voucher, but that turned out not to be the case as I had a bar code which was scanned. This cruise is very popular so I would advise you book. As mentioned before in reviews, get to the pier early so that you can get a good seat outside on either side of the boat. The boat travels up one side of the river, turns around and then comes down the other side, so if you have a side seat you get to see everything. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and we had a running commentary for practically the whole two hours. The boat goes really slowly past the Statue of Liberty so you can take photos. When we got to the SofL the lights came on so she was lit up. After that, all the lights starting coming on going back down the river so the skyline was awash with colour. We were lucky to have a lovely evening, but I would recommend taking a jumper as it can get chilly on the way back. We had a lovely couple of hours on the water seeing all the sights from a different perspective. A really good cruise. Very enjoyable.
