Clear Creek Canyon is unique in the quantity and quality of its rapids. It has more rapids than nearly any other commercially run stretch of whitewater in the nation. It is also free-flowing, meaning that the water levels change throughout the season, offering a variety of experiences. In addition to world-class rafting, it is also the home of the 1859 Gold Rush. Gold is still found in the creek by intrepid miners using pans and dredges. Guests will pass many sites of historical significance related to the Gold Rush while rafting on Clear Creek. Clear Creek is also conveniently located nearby Denver and other surrounding resorts, making it the perfect day-trip excursion.

Incredible views. Great customer service. I was nervous until they shared all the safety precautions. Nothing more sobering than signing a waiver before fun activity...I went with hubby and we sat in the front of the raft. The breaks parked riverside between rapids was perfect for making sure no one got overwhelmed. This was our first time and we did intermediate. I do not recommend this for children or people with significant health concerns. If you are a faux fitness fan this is your lane. Lol We work out inconsistently so it was challenging but not insane and I am not sore. Its important to row with you body not just shoulders. As a black couple it can be scary to travel to random mountain towns in America. We felt safe - at worst tolerated but never threatened. I would recommend this trip. I believe that one of our group members was even a solo traveler. Great group of people.

Kurt was our guide and he was awesome! Definitely the guide to go with if you are up for trying some more adventurous things while out. This was the first time rafting for all of us in our group but was fairly easy and quick to learn.

Easy to pay for with PayPal which makes it very affordable. Easy to edit trip if need be also. The operators are also very helpful!
