I made reservations more than 2 weeks before my vacation and paid my money. I was called a day before I left and was told that the Luncheon/Cruise was canceled. They offer to put me on another cruiseship and I accepted but when I went to visit the Marina the day before to see the ship, I did no like it and the reviews had indicated that the food was bad and the ship was dirty. So I called to rescheduled for the Majestic and was given a confirmation. The day before my trip I get another call that says the crusie has been canceled again and they could send me to St. Pete. I told her I was not going to drive there for it and I wanted a refund. Needless to say, after calling and sending her an email, no response and no refund. Never again. I don't care about the money but the principle and intergrity of this company is not rated high on my list. It also appears I am not the only person this has happened to.
